Level Requirements for TMs (Technical Machines)

Some players that are higher level may not be aware of this because it has no
affect on them or possibly even any of the players they raid with. But there
are level requirements to receive Technical Machines (TMs) – both Fast TMs
and Charged TMs. This level requirement applies to both raids and field
research.

The level requirement for Fast TMs is: Trainer Level 15
The level requirement for Charged TMs is: Trainer Level 25

If you are below these trainer levels, you will receive a different reward
than other trainers above these levels that receive TMs.
